In practice a clean single invoice is rare: emails bring attachment stacks in which several business transactions are mixed – often in a single PDF file. Pridonu Cube analyses each page individually, separates the transactions into distinct cases and recognises the hierarchy in each, even when nested: the payment reminder covering several invoices, among them one invoice with an attached subcontractor invoice and its own delivery note. Without separator sheets, without barcodes, without pre-sorting.
Only then does the type-specific extraction begin – per recognised document. And which document categories exist at all is something you define yourself.
