AI data extraction
Recognition without training
Our recognition does not need to be trained. The system reads information from any document and interprets that data automatically: we do not have to tell the AI system that a piece of extracted information is a customer number or a total – the system interprets the information itself.
From photo files or other formats, the header data including line items is read out and “understood”. Alongside the fully automatic data extraction, the document type is classified automatically as well.

The Pridonu Cube AI platform
A wide range of documents – forms, invoices, expert reports, cost estimates, quotations or contracts – is read out fully automatically. The system then generates a suggestion for how to handle the matter, depending on your business process and rules.
The workflow for the document can then be mapped in our Pridonu Cube platform or in a third-party system.
E-invoicing & approval
Ready for mandatory e-invoicing
Receive and understand e-invoices
Pridonu Cube processes e-invoices in the ZUGFeRD/Factur-X format as well as UBL invoices (such as XRechnung). Invoices that arrive only as an XML file are converted automatically into a readable PDF – your staff check every invoice on screen, just as before.
Formal checks run automatically alongside: the structure and mandatory details of the e-invoice, as well as the arithmetical accuracy of the line items.
Approval with structure
Approval workflows with freely definable steps and responsibilities – up to four-eyes approval. Approved documents receive an approval stamp together with an audit log, and every processing step remains fully traceable.
After approval, the system hands the document and its data over automatically to your accounting, your ERP or your archive.

AI technology without training
AI recognition without training uses pre-trained models: they are already trained on large volumes of data and read your documents without any need for training data specific to the individual use case.
In some cases, adapting the model can be worthwhile. Our aim is to use pre-trained models in real time – without additional fine-tuning.
