For many years we designed, built and ran the digital invoice workflows of large real-estate and insurance companies – and kept learning the same lesson: the edge cases decide whether automation succeeds or fails. The variety of creditors, the client structures, the checking and approval logic, the unsorted inbox.
And we learned something else: the most successful solutions emerged where a small team worked directly with the users – spoke their language, understood their requirements quickly and delivered in short iterations, instead of pouring months into specification documents and rounds of coordination. Here, whoever builds the software talks to the customer themselves. This way of working is the core of Pridonu.
Nikolai Panasenko founded Pridonu in 2022 as a consulting and development firm – with projects ranging from business-process consulting to software development; Marc Bockstette joined in 2023. Consulting remains a core part of our work. Our own product emerged later out of the project work: starting with input management – receiving, separating and understanding documents – built from the ground up. Our customers wanted more, and today Pridonu Cube covers the entire invoice and document workflow: from the email inbox to the checked handover to accounting, ERP or archive.
