More than 17 years' experience developing digital business processes, since 2017 focused on invoice processes in the real-estate sector. Before founding Pridonu, as a solution architect and head of software development he was responsible for AI-based invoice-workflow platforms of leading real-estate asset managers in high-volume production.

Studied at TU Berlin and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He published his first software as a teenager.

A business information systems graduate with more than 15 years' experience leading IT and digitalisation projects – specialising in input management, document processes and digital invoice verification. At a digitalisation service provider he helped build up the real-estate division and led product and project management with up to 25 staff; he supported an ISO 27001 certification as ISMS coordinator.

He has strengthened Pridonu since 2023. Industry experience in real estate as well as insurance, energy, automotive and logistics.

Why Pridonu exists

The edge cases are the core, not the footnote.

For many years we designed, built and ran the digital invoice workflows of large real-estate and insurance companies – and kept learning the same lesson: the edge cases decide whether automation succeeds or fails. The variety of creditors, the client structures, the checking and approval logic, the unsorted inbox.

And we learned something else: the most successful solutions emerged where a small team worked directly with the users – spoke their language, understood their requirements quickly and delivered in short iterations, instead of pouring months into specification documents and rounds of coordination. Here, whoever builds the software talks to the customer themselves. This way of working is the core of Pridonu.

Nikolai Panasenko founded Pridonu in 2022 as a consulting and development firm – with projects ranging from business-process consulting to software development; Marc Bockstette joined in 2023. Consulting remains a core part of our work. Our own product emerged later out of the project work: starting with input management – receiving, separating and understanding documents – built from the ground up. Our customers wanted more, and today Pridonu Cube covers the entire invoice and document workflow: from the email inbox to the checked handover to accounting, ERP or archive.
