Three routes into your system
API interface to your ERP
Connecting via API interfaces (“Application Programming Interface”) is one of our core tasks. Where the third-party system offers an API, we adapt to it and transfer the data through that interface.
RPA – Robotic Process Automation
Software robots (“bots”) automate rule-based tasks by interacting with digital systems the way a human user would. Where the third-party system offers no interface, the bots enter the data through its input screens.
Bespoke interfaces
We are also happy to build interfaces individually with your department – for example a data format on an online drive (SFTP), designed in advance with everyone involved.

Hosting options for our solution
Depending on your requirements and the specific needs of your company, we offer several hosting options.
Software as a Service (SaaS)
Our software is provided and hosted over the internet – on Microsoft Azure in the Germany region. You simply access it through your web browser.
Ideal when the focus is on using the software, without having to worry about maintenance, updates or infrastructure.
Private SaaS (PSaaS)
Pridonu runs the software within the customer’s network and takes responsibility for administration and safeguarding: reliability, availability, upgrades and operation – fully managed, but within your own infrastructure.
